Full 12-month (or 18-month extended when you register your product on our website) Warranty All Kokit products come with a full 12-month warranty. Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

Refurbished Products Warranty Refurbished or repaired units sold separately are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that extended warranty plans do not apply to refurbished products.

Warranty Period Start The warranty period begins on the date of your original purchase (order date). If your product is replaced during the warranty period, the replacement device will inherit the remaining warranty from the original purchase, and the warranty period will not restart.

Unauthorized Reselling is Prohibited Unauthorized reselling of Kokit products is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Third-Party Dealers

  • If you bought from an authorized dealer: Please feel free to contact Kokit official support via support@kokitbaby.com. We will provide high-quality technical assistance. If your product is determined to be defective and needs to be exchanged or refunded, please contact the dealer where you made the purchase.

  • If you bought from an unauthorized dealer: We recommend you return the product for a refund and then purchase from an authorized dealer or our official website.

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

  • Improperly operated devices

  • Lost or stolen products

  • Purchases made over 18 months ago (unless otherwise stated)

  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

  • Free products

Limitation of Liability Kokit assumes no liability for any injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the improper use of this product. In no event shall Kokit be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. (Note: This product is a monitoring aid and should not be used as a substitute for responsible adult supervision.)
