Shipping Destinations
We currently only support shipping to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
General Shipping Policies
In general, we offer processing on all orders placed before 10:00 AM HKT (Monday-Friday, non-holidays). Most orders will ship from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
If an order is placed on Friday or Saturday, it will generally be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.
We utilize a real-time inventory system. If we have made a mistake and an item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and do our best to accommodate your needs.
Note: Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped out.
Our Warehouses & Shipping Time
To ensure product availability, we utilize warehouses in both the United States and our International Distribution Center. The time it takes to receive your order depends on the stock location and the shipping method selected:
US Warehouse (Priority): Most items are in stock at our US warehouse and typically arrive in 3-7 business days via Standard Shipping.
International Warehouse: If an item is temporarily out of stock in our US facility, we may ship it directly from our international center to ensure you receive your order. In these cases, delivery generally takes 7-15 business days.
Please refer to the estimated delivery date displayed at checkout for the most accurate timeline.

During the checkout process, the specific shipping rate and estimated delivery time will be calculated based on your address and item availability.

Shipping Address Accuracy
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
Occasionally packages are returned to Kokit as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.
International Shipping & Duties
Please note that our shipping services are currently limited to the United States. We do not offer delivery to countries outside of the US.
For orders fulfilled from our international warehouse to the US, Kokit covers standard customs clearance. However, in rare cases, import duties or taxes may apply depending on US customs regulations.
We cannot mark your package as a gift to avoid taxes, as this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue exporting products.
Track Your Order
As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email, we will include a link to track delivery.
Please note tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's website once the shipment has been created by our system.
Split Shipments: If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive on different days or from different couriers (depending on which warehouse they ship from), but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.
Holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
